About Hampshire Pet services and Linda Broomfield

Hampshire Pet Services and Hampshire Home Services was set up in 2005 to offer a personal and tailored petcare and PA service within the New Forest and Hampshire area for busy people and their pets.

I have studied many aspects of animal psychology and behaviour for my own personal interest. I find it fascinating to understand how animals communicate with each other and with us. It opens up a whole new world into how animals think and feel and what they are trying to communicate to us, which is often missed unless you know what to look for.

My previous career as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the marine industry gave me the opportunity to meet many wonderful people and visit many beautiful places around the world during my career.

In 2005, I left my career in this field to do something very different but also fulfilling a dream of being able to work with animals.

Animals and the outdoors have always been very much part of my life, from owning rabbits, budgies and goldfish when I was young, to meeting some more adventurous and exotic animals during my trips around the world over the last 10 years. I now own horses, sheep, a dog, chickens and a rabbit....so far.

I really do like to make sure that when animals come to stay or are in our care, they are made to feel welcome, happy and safe so they enjoy their time with us.

Arthur, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is always keen to welcome friends into our home.

We offer a home from home environment for your dogs holiday. No Kennels, just a nice warm fire to sit next to in the winter, plenty of attention and love and other dogs to play with, a lovely garden and just 2 minutes from the New Forest. What more could a dog ask for?

We only accept dogs that are not aggressive with other dogs as I think it is important as a pack animal they are allowed to socialise and play with other dogs during their stay. So whilst still getting individual attention, they have other dogs to play and have fun with.

We do understand that perhaps older or other dogs prefer a quiet peaceful area and this too can be easily arranged, each dog is individual and so we tailor your dogs walks and care.

Hampshire Pet Services can offer many petcare services and the personal touch is guaranteed.

We can look after most animals, from snakes to parrots, to dogs, to horses, all tailored to your pets individual requirements.

We have many repeat clients, many who have now become good friends.
